The surprising thing I've found is that the better defined a project was (or became while I was writing the pieces), the more difficult it is to get the sequence right.

Print them, roll them up into balls and throw them. Kick them around and then pick them up, one by one and tape them to the wall. Admire how pretty and then number them accordingly.
