hello !
i'm so in love with the novel  "maurice". i've just read it and since i've finished it i've re-read each of my favourite passages several times.
now i already think i'll have to own it on DVD, but it seems difficult to  get hold of, which is sad. at least i will be able to borrow it from a videostore or the library and i will do that very ( Read more... )

I got the DVD from Amazon for a reasonable price. Definitely worth owning!

The movie is a must-see, must-own. Amazon.co.uk and amazon.de both list other sellers though they don't seem to stock it themselves (i.e. in case the region one-ness of amazon.com is an issue - if it isn't I'd recommend ordering from them).

I saw the movie before I read the book and it's always seemed perfectly cast to me. It doesn't stray far from the source - and where it does there's always a good reason for it.

thank you! unfortunately region 1 won't work for me, so amazon.com isn't an option, but i found out that i could order it from amazon.fr!
but first i thought i will try to find it in a local dvd store, just to see if it is possible to actually find it in a shop...
i'm very much looking forward to see the film!

P.S. I got Maurice for £5 at my local HMV, so it is out there at reasonable prices!
