(of course, he's also not nearly as good-looking as Ioan and I believe has one of those bad Edwardian moustaches. I have a love-hate relationship with the Edwardian era - lovely men, lovely clothes, hideous moustaches. I had to meet Julian Ovenden when he had a hideous moustache for a role. I shouldn't complain over meeting Julian Ovenden, but the moustache was bad - it's really a 1920s bad moustache, and *headdesk* that's where much of my mental image of Maurice was coming from. Julian Ovenden. The hair, the moustache, the shape of the face though not the features - well, could be worse.)
