Actually I have forgotten what it means, if I ever knew. Now 50, that's a fun one 'cause THAT means a big word that starts with C and ends with -oscopy -- look what you have to look forward to (err, backward to?).

One presumes you would not have the opportunity to remember this particular birthday gift. 40 is the traditional age for a not-so-young man's first and subsequently annual prostate exam.
