I should post that I have been accepted to the JET program. If all the paperwork goes through okay I should be leaving July 23. I'm not sure where I'll be posted in Japan yet, but should find out in May. Let's hope it's in the Tokyo or Kansai area.

Yeah, it sucks you didn't get accepted. Are you still trying to get to Japan? I hear that AEON's program is good if you DON'T GO TO KANSAI.

My statement of purpose will transmit I want to go to Osaka only for the takoyaki.
