OOM: Guilty Pleasures
After delivering the bedding and pillows to Asher's room and speaking with Asher, Damian has taken a bit of time to relax in the night air. The water on the riverfront isn't as good as the shores of the sea, but it's close enough to soothe Damian just a little. With the changes in Anita's household and the uncertainty of Nathaniel's place in it all, Damian has a lot to think about even without examining his own feelings for his mistress and outcast friend.
As the evening progresses, he eventually follows a whim and makes his way toward Guilty Pleasures. He has little trouble getting in, since the guards on duty know him to be Anita's vampire servant and still, in a way, part of Jean-Claude's kiss. They all have a common employer in the Master of the City, right?
He doesn't bother saying hello to anyone backstage. He figures he will be able to do that later. Plus, it might spoil his surprise visit to a certain wereleopard.
