Somehow, Kenya managed to drag me out and play a game of tennis yesterday... It felt weird and nostalgic at the same time to play on the courts again.  It's been years since I picked up my racket and played my tennis... And though I somehow managed to win 7 games to 5, it shows how diminished my game really has become.

I never really liked my tennis ( Read more... )

And yet, you still managed to beat me, someone who has been keeping up with tennis for the past few years. You're good, Kura. If you want me to help with the tennis, I'd gladly do it. You should try, then, if you do, you can never say you didn't try.

Says you... I'm still not sure if I want to get back on the courts or not. I don't even know if I could get away what's practically instinct...

Then just play for fun, or something like that. Seriously, I'll help you. Instinct can be broken if you try hard enough, and it's not to late to try to change your style a bit, or keep getting better, or whatever.

...Need me to come over then? If you need to talk, then you'd have me to talk to. You know you can tell me anything, Kura. So, if you ever need to talk, I'm there.

... I'll think on it some more. At least the possibility is there.

You can come over if you want to, but I don't think I want to talk about it... I don't even want to think about it...

Whoever called your tennis perfect is an idiot. There's no such thing as perfect tennis.

You should give it a try!

It's always amazing me how much I love tennis when I'm not holding a racket...but when I do and I am playing - the world's my oyster and it's so much FUN! It's a bit like dancing maybe. <3
