I liked Angel's despair in this, it's very apparent. His need to feel something and turning to Darla because - well, she was the architect of his original change.

And yes about Angel turning to Darla-- she symbolizes so much for him, and that's why I think that out of all the women he's ever been entangled with, she'll always wield the most power over him. Like she said, she made him.
