No internet due to old ISP being overeager to disconnect us. New ISP is doing their best to get us back online, but they can't do that much - they've sent new kit, prioritized the connection and so on, and all that for something they didn't have anything to do with going wrong. Be. Will hopefully have a home connection again at the weekend, so can see how good they are at actual net service, but can't fault customer service.
