Parker's trying to get caught up with Campaigning, because even though they turned in their last assignment really! that class is kicking her in the head.

She's waiting for Veronica and Marty, and calling some people she needs to talk to. Boxey has been disconnected and is waiting transport to her new buddy HAL.

And first on the list is Jarod.

"It's me. Listen, do you still want to watch DVDs on Sunday? I have an idea."

"Yeah, that's fine."

"Idea?" Jarod suddenly felt a strong sense of foreboding.

"You never see my friends except when you're serving them drinks. And like I've said, you coming on-campus is a pain. What if I brought some of them along?" Parker's tone turned coaxing. "You wouldn't have to do anything except rent the movies. I'd bring the food. It'll be fun. They should know you as someone aside from the guy I'm constantly on the phone with."

Since he's gained Girl Scout cookies, cake, and ice cream, John pads down the hall and pokes his head into Parkie's room.

"People keep bringing me food," he says, nodding to the ice cream and cookies he's brought. "Want some?"

"Of course." She opened the door to let him in, and kicks a few paper out of the way, gesturing to the LoveSac(tm) as he walks in. "I've got spoons." Parker cocked an eyebrow at him. "The shades decorative or functional? Or do I have to guess?"

"Was a long night," he says and sets the cookies and ice cream down. "They don't make me look all slick and cool?"

"Hell yes. Very Eastwood. Keep 'em on," Parker said cordially, handing him a spoon, and toeing open her mini-fridge. "Soda or alcohol? I already gave Cam some scotch, I can't do any less for you."

Jack saw a closed door, so he knocked on it. "Hey, Parker! You in there? I've got booze."

Parker opened the door and grinned. "We're having an incredibly impromptu party. And you just said the secret password." She gave him a fast kiss in greeting, then nodded to John and Janet. "Pull up a chair or a beanbag or some floor. I was thinking I should shove a movie in the DVD player."

Jack kissed her back and came in. He saw John and hesitated for a second until he was sure it was Crichton and not Cameron, and said hello pleasantly to Janet. "What movie?"

Feeling bored, Callisto knocked on the door. "Hey, Parker."

"Hey, Callisto." Parker nodded at the crowd. "Grab a cookie and a pint and dig in. We're just shooting the breeze right now."

"Thanks," Callisto nabbed a cookie. "So how's your day been?"

"Swamped. I'm behind on homework, moving is hell, and I didn't even get to the library. You? Tell me you and Wings aren't breaking up. I'm not sure I could handle one more depressed individual," she said, her voice lowering as she looked at John.

Sam knocked on the door. "Anybody home?"

"Several anybodies. Hey." Parker grinned. "Fraiser's here already. I think I'm dragging us into 236, this place is getting crowded," she said, opening the door.

Sam looked around. "Wow, busy place." She grinned at Parker and waved to everyone else.
