Bright and early (due to a phone call from two drunk ex-time-travelers) Parker and Zero got up and took a bus then the Tube into London to see one of the things that absolutely couldn't be missed while in England: The Tower of London.

Specifically, some really sparkly rocks.

"They're so...sparkly," Zero observed.

"Very," Parker said, with her nose practically pressed against the glass. "You think they'll ever need to sell these shinies off?"

"Dunno. But if they did, they'd feed the world's hungry for a month." Zero adjusted her sunglasses in her hair in a show of studied nonchalance that meant she didn't care, really, and would you look at the size of that diamond?

"All the more reason someone needs to re-appropriate these assets," Parker said piously, watching the nearby guard out of the corner of her eye. "Just to make things fair. Re-distribute the profits to the former colonies of the British Empire." She grinned at Zero's nonchalance, and said, "After all, the family's richer than everyone in England except maybe Paul McCartney. They can deal, right?"

The guard made a hmphing noise and rolled his eyes. Possibly he'd heard these sentiments before.
