I'm sorry, but considering all the farting around this Congress has done with this president, and their capitulation on the spying bill, this has the whiff of a big pile of political year BS. When THIS CONGRESS ACTUALLY DOES SOMETHING, then I'll take items like this seriously. Until then, just more pee-pee in the wind.
