Well I've done absolutely nothing today. Except mope around the house. I feel like crap and I'm not sleeping at night, not a good combination. So I'm drinking some chamomele (sp) tea since it's a "natural relaxant" and it's supposed to help you sleep and relieve some muscle pain.
