2 - I actually like this icon, but I have to pick one :(
Anyway, I think there is too much contrast here. Especially the right side of the window is very bright compared to the rest of the icon. Maybe adding some color/dark bits there and some light on the opposite side would work better.

2 - the crop and coloring on this icon is so nice; the coloring is especially soft and lovely. The icon, however, seems a little unsharpened overall, especially near his facial features. A sharpening layer masked to just his features may help with this

5 - the coloring is nice and rich and the texture effect is so cool with this cap!

2 - Although I like the coloring, the cropping in the icon could have been better. Right now the dark bottom part of the icon is overpowering, it draws way too much focus and there's nothing going on there, maybe a closer crop would have been better to draw more focus on his face.

2 - It's not a bad icon, it's just a bit plain compared to the rest and doesn't show as much skill. Playing with something like a fake background to remove the dual light source from the original screencap could have helped this stand out a bit more.

7 - The colouring is lovely and I like how you've added extra highlights with a paintbrush(?) to catch where the light falls on his face.

#3 - I like the composition on this one, but on my screen it looks a bit blurry. Also the low contrast / beige tones make it blend with the background a little.
