1 least quality: 2 - I actually like this icon, but I have to choose one. The background is sharper than the subject which draws attention away from her. It is also brighter/more vibrant which doesn't seem to fit that well. Just making Diana a tad brighter would work better.
1 least quality: 5 - the background is too blurry, as is the hair of Diana on the left side and the character doesn't blend well with the background. I think it would have been better if the background texture was used in a different way, using it on soft light above Diana would have added a nice shadows/lighting effect and it would have helped her blend more into the background.
1 favorite: 3 - love the coloring and the textured background
1 least quality: 5 - While Diana is well colored and balanced, the background kinda ruins the icon. The two colours make the natural lights of the screencap that are on her very strange and they're distracting. Using only one colour (especially the darker one) would have been better
1 least quality: 5 - It's a pretty icon with nice colouring and sharpening, but the lighting/focus is all over the place and my eyes don't know what to look at. In the original image the light comes from the top (see how Diana's forehead is lit up but her cheeks and jaw are in shadow) whereas you've introduced artificial light to the left of the icon that throws the balance off. I think a horizontal or diagonal gradient of the background light with the light at the top, or in the top left, would match the lighting of the screencap better, or even just softening the gradient in the background so it's not as sudden, maybe stretch it out a bit horizontally, would help the background and screencap lighting work better together.

5 - The background texture and the foreground are all too dark. It blends all together and nothing about it pops
