I didn't want to drag things out for too long, so I'm glad you liked the way I did it lol. And I haven't seen the Shining. I just liked the imagery it made in my head and was hoping it wouldn't bee too over dramatic lol.

Well thank you love! And yes, Jared will get better throughout the rest of the fic. I plan on having at least 5 or 6 more chapters of the boys together and working through everything with Lehne's trial and all. Thanks!

I think my favorite part of this was actually the scene with Tom and Mike. The whole chapter was amazing but I have been on a Smallville kick lately and I could just picture that whole scene as well as the one folling it at the station so well!
