I've never heard of her - I remember hearing about Virginia Woolf and Simone de Beauvoir each calling for ecriture feminine as a breaking-away from the form of narrative/academic writing developed under patriarchal society. I wonder about the same theoretical alignment presenting itself in fiction - or are experiments in form in fiction considered to be more self-contained, for aesthetics' sake and more New Criticism than related to those postmodern, deconstructionist, and gender theorists.
