There was a repeat of Project Runway on tonight. The one with the hair.

Deadpool wanted to see them try and design an outfit from the hairstyle of a bald person. He was a fan of nudity sometimes. But only when it was tasteful.

Really.

"Oh, Christian, you annoying little chihuahua."

Aly had drawn out her stay at home as long as possible, but there was her class tomorrow, and she needed to talk to someone.

Which was why she'd not stopped at the apartments but made her way to Wade and Arashi's house, her bag still thrown over her shoulder.

And stopped at the door, unable to decide if she should just go in or knock. Eventually the polder method was used, and she opened the door a few inches to call in. "Anyone home?"

The TV continued to play and a wee fox bounded off the couch to run to the door, expecting kittens.

And then sniffing her feet a lot.

"No, I stole a very realistic hologram from Weaz this weekend."

Aly grinned at the wee fox and bent down to pick her up and give her a cuddle. "No furry friends today," she told him. "Just weird and random smells."

She pushed inside. "There was stealing this weekend? And I missed it?"

Max made an affronted noise, but allowed the cuddles. She wanted her kittens.

"Convention of mercs," Wade said, not turning to greet her. Not overtly rude, but not terribly polite either.

After training back in the preserve with a bunch of clones, Arashi headed home, sweaty, tired and wanting nothing more than to plop on the couch, relax and hope that Wade ordered take out.

"I'm home!" He smiled as he came in the front door.

Looking away from Aly, bottle still out for her to grab, Wade took a deep breath and smiled toward the door.

"Hi honey!"

He was good at this sometimes.

Arashi smirked at the 'honey'. "Hi 'dear'," he chuckled and leaned into give Wade a small kiss. "Is someone here?"

Aly tore her eyes off of Wade as she took the bottle.

"I could be somebody," she said wryly with a smile for Arashi.
