So I ran around like a headless chicken to get my application all put together. I got all the documents I needed, addressed the envelope, put stamps on it, signed my cover letter, sealed the whole thing, and then realized there wasn't a mailbox around

Yeah, I'm not worried. Just really pissed off at myself for doing something so very, very dumb.

I'd be more upset if I'd lost the envelope. However, I'm 99% sure I know where it is.

I just looked at my calendar for the next two weeks or so, and realized I don't have a single free day available until February apart from the two days this weekend that I have purposefully set aside for Other Things. How sad is that?
