LJ tiny icon changes.

LJ has changed the code for its userhead icons, and custom layout tiny icons don't show up properly.

wait, what? userheads are customizable now?

The ones on custom individual layouts, such as mine, are. It's only on a user's own journal if they have a custom stylesheet. The lock icons and community, individual, news userheads can be switched out for something else on the layout and friends's page.
