Broke my ankle and leg

So friday I was doing laundry before work and it was raining here in sacramento. I figured done this a million times well today would different. I missed step on the stairs that lead down from the laundry room and said hello to ground and fractured both my ankle and leg on my left leg. I was stuck on the ground in the round calling for help. I

I'm so sorry to hear about that! How awful! I'm sorry that you ended up stuck there in the rain for so long, too, that's just miserable, and then injuring yourself again and requiring surgery. You poor thing! ;____;

I hope your injuries heal as quickly as possible! Hang in there!

It was kaiser fault in the first place for not teaching me how to use my crutches. so with my great balance i was like hello ground but it wasn't very happy to see me. XD Right now i am in fresno recovering and hopefully i should be better by july from what the doctors said.
I think the rain helped me in the long run and kept my ankle from swelling but it did make it go numb.
I did start a gofundme account just incase kaiser says I don't quialify for their fanical aid. I just hope I do because its starting to get expensive. D:
I am going to miss fanime con this year which sucks. btw were you at the wonder con in sac on the friday (back in march) where there was a booth selling a quilava plushie?

I sprained my ankle pretty badly in March and almost fell a few times with the crutches, so I understand how easily that can happen! And eek, July, that's a long time! I hope the recovery process isn't too difficult and painful. I hope your financial situation gets worked out easily, too. Fingers crossed!

Sad to hear you won't be able to make it to Fanime, though it's understandable with the circumstances! Too bad you couldn't go in a wheelchair or something, though? And nope, I wasn't there! It must have been a custom plush (or a bootleg), as Quilava never got an official plush--I would've liked to see that!

when i first fell it was sprain and out of place. Second time it was completely broken. I have a wheel chair maybe i can convience my mom to take me for a day if possible. I do have a badge already paid for the entire convention weekend.

It was a bootleg Quilava from what I could tell. Actually a lot of the plushies at the con were bootleg . Which was shocking for a con like wondercon. XD

Yeah right now i am waiting for the disability to kick in. I just gotta call my corp office to put in my vacation and personal time. My boss used up all my sick time last week.
