I had a pretty bad day yesterday. I went over to my mom's work and was talking to her for lunch then I decided hey it is time to go back. Well I got up four stairs and realized that i needed to grab something from my mom and i fell three stairs and landed on my right knee. Natural pain killers- heat and Ice. 1st Ice it (baggies with ice in them work wonders) do that for 15-20 min while the leg is elevated. Then soak in a tub of nearly hot but mostly warm water for 15-20. elevation again is always good. Do it for about an hour, or more if you can handle it, before bed and you'll feel much better.

Of course I'm with Billy on the Dr. thing. But you can do that nightly until your app. comes up.

I know he is right. He is especially worried b/c I can not bend it at all. It hurts too much. I already did the ice and heat thing last night and it is not better at all. I am working until 5:30. So call me afterwards b/c I am going to be extremely busy

Rather than pain killers, perhaps some over the counter stuff? It'll just dull the pain, but it's better than having a knife sticking in your knee. Ya knows? I hope it gets better. :-( If you need someone to drive you to the appt or something just let me know... you still have my number, right?
