I just reported the incident to the Berrien County (Michigan) Sheriff's Department and I already feel relieved for having done so.

I'll update more if I hear back from the Sheriff's department.

I've been thinking about the episode since I read your account of it. Quite scary! Whoever was in that car, they were up to no good, that's for sure!
