Sadness

I was glad this morning when Luna peed. I logged into LJ and started reading my flist and now I am in tears. My heart is absolutely broken for my long-time LJ friend, Pam, (lady_curmudgeon) who lost her beloved girl, Diva, last night. With Luna's urinary issues, her mortality is constantly on my mind. I know canyoncat lost a beloved friend not too long ago as well.

Reading that entry made me cry. So many similarities to what happened when Yuki died last fall. Our cats are family, and anyone who thinks losing one is easy is very delusional.

i remember a neighbor that had brought up the inevitability of my kitty passing away - within seconds tears started to form in my eyes. even as i type this, tears are again forming.

i cannot imagine the pain or difficulty of going through that - i will have to regardless.

i will start posting some photos of our kitties, just to share the happiness of kitties!
