Short answer I don't know.

Longer answer: I think the location finally went under. It did seem a little odd that we weren't receiving any of our supplies. We were out of toilet paper, rum, draft beer, bottle beer, broccoli, two different appetizers and probably some other things I don't know about. I assume the cops were brought in to make sure the patrons paid their final tabs and to make sure the employees didn't freak out and start breaking and stealing stuff.

It seemed like the only person who really knew about it was the general manager and he didn't tell anyone about it until minutes before the cops arrived. Or maybe the cops pulled up and he quickly called everyone in the kitchen for a quick meeting about it. I wasn't there so that bit is rather sketchy.

There's not much else I can say about it. When I said unexpected I mean it. I wish they would have had enough respect for us to at least let us know about a week or two in advance that some shit would go down so we could all prepare either to find new jobs or to be
