Man, this level of depth in sensei's thoughts..... I live for it. I don't feel like an adult myself (33 here) and I sometimes get fed up with how society wants us to act like a certain way just because of our age. There's just so many expectations to try to live up to.

Thank you for sharing! I feel like coming back to earth because of this entry. hehe

That's so him. But I feel like the answer is way too philosophical and not very practical. Sorry, sensei, but you could be more helpful.
Anyway, I guess 'creeping up' is a good way of saying it but for me it was at about 31 when my body and mind shifted into an adult mode, but I think it's different for everyone.

He was probably more focused on trying to mitigate the panic, yes... If you keep in mind that it's not actually going to happen overnight, and there's no way to be a 'perfect adult' anyway, it's grounding, at least

You felt that shift! That's so interesting. I think I only notice some changes when I'm around teenagers, or when my joints are whining
