The order in which I saw things:

1. Angle of the back wheel
2. Knee on the deck (you don't see it too often in supermoto)
3. One hand
4. Smoke coming off the back tire
5. Ducati Hypermono

Fairly immediately. ;)
As mentioned the biggest give away is the trellis frame and gorgeous Marchesini wheel.

Actually, now that you mention it, I did notice the wheel before the frame.
