My friends have gone to Osaka to play pool and apparently won't be back until the morning. I'm sitting here in my pyjamas, feeling sorry for myself because I can't go. I have to finish my Intercultural Communication presentation because the rest of my group is coming over tomorrow to finalise it. And I just got a phone call from Steph, who is ( Read more... )

Pity you have to stay in to get your work done :(. I hope you did really get it done rather than what I often do, not go out and STILL fail to do anything productive!

Yes, it was a great pity. I did get my work done but the presentation is still going to be crap. Don`t care! The only reason I`m doing the stupid class is becuase it`s compulsory.

You know what the bastards did to me when they got home at 7am? Rudely woke me up by bashing on the door and ringing my doorbell. The speaker is right about the bed and it`s really loud. I literally fell out of bed. I`m going to wait until I`m really, really tired and angry and come up with some way to get back at them.

Sorry I couldn't help but laugh at the image of you falling out of bed!

Yes, it would have been very funny to anyone watching. Luckily I locked my door, or there would have been people watching. The only reason they didn`t wake me up by jumping all over me was that they couldn`t get through the door or widnow.

Oh em gee! Ridiculously beautiful. Sigh. Which exciting place was that taken, then?

Stupid presentations! If it's for Intercultural Communication does that mean you get to do it in English?

Twas taken at a place near Gion. There were an awful lot of photos taken that day. Some not quite so pretty.

Yes, thankfully, but because half of the class is Japanese I`m going to have to tone it down so they can understand. Should probably also speak more slowly. Stupid thing is already too long. BAH!

...one can only imagine how hideous they are.

"Do - you - have - trouble - speaking?"
"Can't you see that English is not my first language?"

Ah, Whose Line relates to everything. What's the presentation on? Can you make stuff up?

Hokay, so, you realise that that photo is not of actual really real Geishas, yes? In fact most of the people aren`t even Japanese. (read: that is us dressed up)

It`s about names. So yes. HURRAH FOR MAKING SHIT UP!

The end.

Oh... :(

I'm sorry... I hope it all goes well.. Especially the revenge plotting, i detest having work to do while other people go out and have fun... and then come back and distract you, or wake you up at some ungodly hour... oh the joys of student residential halls.

anyway it'll be over.. love you lots.

has news for you, think what i had to tell you last time i said i have exciting news.
