I have a tooth coming up at the back of my jaw and it's kind of freaking me out because my dentist is still on holidays (understandable if your job's 5 days a week of looking into people's mouths) and I don't know what to do with this jagged dental outcrop except run my tongue over it repeatedly.

This is particularly gross since small bits of toothy deposits where they don't belong make me think of dermoid cysts. IS THIS GROSS ENOUGH IDK
