I was getting kind of irked with Basch for a while there because he kept getting KO'd; but then he found a sword and proceeded to slaughter everything in sight oh my god so I just had the rest of the party sit back and watch him rock out. GOOD TIMES.

Vaan is turning out to be my white mage. 'Cause I think he'd look so darned precious in one of those white&red cloaks.

BASCH IS A TANK. I gave him the best armor I cound find and a BIG-ASS AXE, so now he's my man for ENDING THINGS.

Balthier's blessing-and-curse is that he's too well-rounded, average HP, magic, attack, etc, ALL EXCEPT DEFENSE, of which he has none. So I just let him go with the awesome gunman thang (I LOVE THE SFX WHEN HE FIRES, SHEEET) and kept him away from the BASCHTANK MELEE BOOGALOO, and made him heal people.

Fran is just awesome because you can get really great bows for her pretty early on.

OH THE SANDSEA. This game .... really doesn't reward random exploring. I got attacked by a Lv 1842394732 GIANT GLOWING BALL OF ENERGY that wouldn't stop chasing me. It killed everyone but two characters, and I had no Phoenix Downs AS USUAL, so I had to backtrack AND cross half the Sandsea with just Fran and Basch, so they are 4 levels ahead of everyone. HOT FRAN ASS IS WHAT KEPT ME GOING THROUGH THOSE ROUGH TIMES, MANN ( ... )
