This tends to get Murphy and her colleagues hurt and/or killed.
Yes, Harry says they're friends, but he's BAD at it.
I can't really say I ever saw Murphy as a bully. Dunno why. When I re-read the books I'll try and figure it out but mostly I just saw Murphy as a determined cop who Harry obviously has a crush on.
Keep reading. The relationship evolves between Dresden and Murphy (and I dont mean as in sexual relationship) and it starts to make a little more sense.
