My partner and I are more than willing to do the dirty work. I'm keeping my feet on the ground for a plan, but it's gotten tough enough as it is. This has become personal, and I'm not going to wait around for Nightmare to do any more damage than he already has.

I think it's better that we act sooner than later. That Kill Razor guy who ran into him might have been killed, but he was able to score a hit on him before then. It might be enough to slow him down.

This place gives us second chances; we're going to use them.

We're going to act as soon as possible, but no more suicide runs. Right now, we need a way to hold him. If we can contain him, then it's just a matter of taking him down.

It's kind of a twisted logic, isn't it? But I guess that's just how this city is...

Right. We can't afford to lose anymore lives, and so anyone who plans on playing the hero in this should be stopped. It's become obvious enough that Nightmare can't be taken down by one man alone, chip or not. As for containing him... He's pretty strong. Maybe we can find an area to trap him in before the take down.

If he doesn't have an actual body, I'm not sure. Most of my powers attack the mind, so I'm not even sure if they'd work on this guy.

If all else fails, he could always be dismantled into smaller pieces.
