School Festival Plotting!

In a perfect world, that log I was talking about last time will go up this Friday, the 22nd! I'm hoping to get one more bout of plotting in between now and then, and this is it! For reference, here's the initial post with explanations, ideas, and previous sign-ups! I'm just going to re-post what activities and participants we have already here for easy reference, so people can see what friends and acquaintances are doing, and hopefully get ideas for what they want to do as well.

Again, this is not only limited to students and teachers! If you want to throw your character in, feel free to say a friend asked them or tricked them into helping.
