PLOT SPAM POST!
BEFORE WE BEGIN THE SPAM:
CHECK THE JUNE ACTIVITY RESULTS
We realize timing for this was terrible, but it was either post it before apps and get it out of the way in a timely manner, or post it after and let it drag on for another week. So that's why we're posting a reminder! Double-check to make sure you don't have a journal on there, or to make sure your friend's journals aren't listed, and let us know if we've made any errors, 'cos come Thursday, we're cleaning up the membership list!
PLOT SPAM POST
It's been forever since our last one! Again! Anyway, here is the latest delicious copypasta, only slightly edited for your viewing/spamming pleasure.
RPers are often very shy creatures. aim/msn/y!m/whatever is scary okay, and prodding random strangers is not something we're all good at. But, as it is our job as mods to make sure plotting happens, we've come up with (hopefully) a solution!
Here's how it works:
× You leave a comment saying "PEOPLE IN ROOM 3-31, WHERE ARE YOU??" or "ANY OTHER STUDENTS AROUND???"
× People in room 3-1 or students respond, and you discuss how your characters might be interacting, seeing as they share a room or have the same job.
× You can, of course, suggest other types of plot, too. For instance: "oh yeah, my character's a creep, who wants to be perved on? 8)" or "he's going to pick a fight with the first person he runs into. Volunteers?"
And that's about it! We throw people into rooms together at random to make them interact, and hopefully this makes it a little easier for everyone. Same with jobs, really, and we can never have enough shenanigans! :D
