PLOT SPAM POST
RPers are often very shy creatures. aim/msn/y!m/whatever is scary okay, and prodding random strangers is not something we're all good at. But, as it is our job as mods to make sure plotting happens, we've come up with (hopefully) a solution!
Here's how it works:
× You leave a comment saying "PEOPLE IN ROOM 3-1, WHERE ARE YOU??" or "ANY OTHER SHUTTLE CONDUCTORS AROUND?"
× People in room 3-1 / shuttle conductors respond, and you discuss how your characters might be interacting, seeing as they share a room or have the same job.
× You can, of course, suggest other types of plot, too. For instance: "oh yeah, my character's a creep, who wants to be perved on? 8)" or "he's going to pick a fight with the first person he runs into. Volunteers?"
× Separate comments for each room/job/plot, please. And check if someone else has listed your room/job/plot before leaving a new comment.
And that's about it! We throw people into rooms together at random to make them interact, and hopefully this makes it a little easier for everyone. Same with jobs, really, and we can never have enough shenanigans!
Also: You're all free to use the ooc comm to discuss anything you want to happen, as well. If this becomes a success, it'll probably become a monthly thing, but we should plot more often than that. :D
