How often should people have sex?

According to this 200 times per year can reduce our physiologic age by six years. The same guy said some really great common sense things about diet and sleep too. Worth a read.

One of the misconceptions he busts is that sex burns lots of calories. Somehow I always disliked the concept that you'll burn much in a fitness sort whilst having sex most times (most times.)

Anywho. lol, random.
On to read more of it.

I'd really like to see the sample that Duke used, as the claim seems really nebulous. Also, the article says if you have an *orgasm* 200 times/year, not if you have sex 200 times per year. Furthermore, one of the top rules in studies is this: "Correlation does not necessitate causation."

Sorry, I guess I'm anal much.

Go ahead and ask Google "Is sex good for you?" and you will be awash in studies, sources and science that says very basically that yes it is. Regardless of how scientific Dr. Oz' quantification of that benefit (note he is referring principally to cardiac health which is his area of expertise). Also I might not use the word anal in a reply about sex or sexuality.

That was a bit snarky. I'm sorry. As always I appreciate your views.
