So, I am continuing on my voyage to become a traceur. Today's workout was shorter than tommorow's: my body is letting me know this is too much stress. Tommorow will be Moshe'Z official "day off", with no running. I think I need to rest...but nonetheless it was fun, and I discovered many cool places around to Parkour in. I am still taking it easy

I live in Israel. Like the rest of Europe, it is beyond the Atlantic ocean from the United States. Therefore, shipping costs to Israel are astronomical -- buying a few books often means shelling 20% on shipment for *SLOW* shipment. With fast, it can easily reach daylight-robbery levels.
