Congrats on the 60 pounds! By the way, I finished first in the office hockey pool this year. For some reason nobody wanted to touch Tyler Seguin, but I managed to pick him and Jamie Benn, who helped considerably.
There IS a lot of good stuff on AO3 for hockey RPS, but there is also a lot of "cut and paste the names and it could be teen wolf / avengers etc etc" I do miss the people who described plays in fics. I had to stop one which was wonderful but thought hockey had two periods.
I SO agree with that. The ATG stuff is maddening sometimes. I was just talking about the fact that fandom is now filled with people who aren't hockey fans, unlike what all of us were back then.
