A Facebook friend drew my attention to this lovely project on Kickstarter.com, by two young female artists:

Dreamscape Memory Cave

I love the ideas they're working with, so I pledged a few dollars and brought them closer to their $2000.00 goal.  Check it out.  Help them if you can. They might make you a chandelier.

I'm also an ex-wife. Your words are truer than you can possibly know. Including what you say about Rochester. That sense of privilege, that it's ok to get what he wants never mind the wife that he hides still is around. Actually you've met one of those guys and probably don't even know it.
I however, dated him...didn't find out about the wife until much later.

Bedwetting would indicate a lack of impulse control.

Not to split hairs, though, but the unholy trinity (called the McDonald Triad) has been proven to not necessarily point to sociopathy. Sociopathy is often a lot more difficult to detect. Also not all sociopaths are destined to become serial killers. Some go into politics.

even as a teen the Byronic hero disturbed me and I remember being the only girl who didn't find this somehow wildly romantic. And I think your statement about a guy and his exes is a very good observation
