I really, really, really love to cook. Not that I didn't know that already, but still. I made a quiche-like casserole tonight for a bunch of people we had over, and everyone really liked it. Thank you, m'dear! I love cooking, but it's ten times more fun when I get to cook for a group of people than when it's just for myself. :)

Oh, and I haven't been commenting on your entries much lately, but I have been reading them! Congrats on your new job!

It's surprisingly not hard for me to give up meat. What is hard is giving up all the little things that have meat or animal products in them, like Jell-O. Gelatin is an animal product (which I didn't know until recently) and I got some Jell-O at a buffet about a week ago and didn't realize until I had gotten back to my table that I couldn't eat it. It just sat there on my plate looking sad and I wanted to eat it so badly! Boo!
