RIP George's Ear, Trogdor!Nagini, and the near-squee incident killed me. :D
Are you back in classes for fall term already or is this a summer class? I can't decide whether I'm looking forward to the beginning of the semester or not. One one hand, there is much drama at work right now, and two days less of it a week will be nice. On the other hand, I'll be twice as busy again. :/
I wasn't planning on making a Trogdor!Nagini, but as I was making the "scales" I thought to myself "I said consummate Vs, CONSUMMATE!" so I just had to give her a Trogdor head.
It's a summer class. Hence it's three hours long and boring to no end. The class itself I would probably find more interesting if I didn't have to take it for three hours at a time. I really just have a bad attention span. I think I'll need to start bringing my laptop to this class, like I usually do during the school year, so I can distract myself every so often.
That was a long answer to a very simple question, wasn't it?
I have to take an evening class each semester to keep up fifteen hours (I don't want to risk only signing up for twelve and having to drop a course later, thus falling below the requirement for my financial aid), since with my hour and a half drive each way I need to keep my classes all to either MWF or TTh. Those are three hours long, though only once a week. I understand your pain, having more than a few attention-span problems myself.
Well, last semester wasn't so bad, because my night class was Medieval Literature and both the professor and the class just rocked all over. But in general, yeah.
And yes, it was, but it was a long answer which gave me more stuff to answer with, hehe.
I hated my medieval lit class. The prof and TA weren't that great, and it was the very first lit class I took in college, so I had no idea what I was doing. Everything seemed so fast and crazy that I had a hard time keeping up.
It was also a survey course, so we moved even faster and didn't have much time to really explore the texts.
