A plague on Achilles tendinitis. My usual cardio (bike and elliptical, mostly) exacerbates the fuckedupedness of my right ankle. If it doesn't stop pouring here soon so I can walk outside, I shall be forced go to the gym to walk on the treadmills along with the old white dudes who watch Fox news. Really excited about that prospect, let me tell you
