I need to stop writing things that make me cry, because then I can't breathe through my nose for hours and look all red and puffy. Also, it freaks out my dogs. Do your pets hate it when you cry as much as mine do

If it helps, I'm 3 eps behind on Nikita as of tonight's ep, and only watched last week's Vampire Diaries last night. Uhm, I should warn that Damon reaches new heights of stupidity and endangering Elena just to get Katherine just pay attention to him. He actually far surpasses 2.6. (Somehow, though, modst take it as proof of his now-eternal love for Elena or something.)
No kidding! Also, I love it when people argue that it was impulsive, because what do they think would have happened if Jeremy and his ring hadn't walked in when they did?
SPOILER!
To make sure Stefan and Damon don't kill her, Katherine has a spell cast so that anything done to her will also happen to Elena. Damon, knowing this, and that the spell works due to Jeremy telling them about Elena suddenly getting identical wounds, tries to stake her when she is dismissive of him again. And then, when the spell is broken, he locks her in the tomb despite going on and on the whole ep about how she has to die because she's evil and hurting people.
I keep meaning to watch more Nikita. Women protagonists, yay, right? But the pilot was a bit boring.
Loving The Vampire Diaries right now though, despite continuously finding Elena/Damon annoying. Not separately, just the idea of them as an actual potential canon couple. (Well, unless it's kinky threesome porn -- that I could like.)
I'm rooting for Damon to get staked and fed through a woodchipper into a fire, although I know it will never happen. I don't know how I forgot to watch TVD and Nikita last week, other than being really preoccupied with writing and my husband being obsessed with the World Series. I'll catch up tomorrow, probably, because tonight we're watching Bones and Fringe.

You're about to get an extreme close up a single manly tear welling up and dripping out of Ian Somer-whatever's pretty eye, which just made 95% of this shows fangirls be all "tried to kill her brother when?" *spork*
Speaking of brothers though, whiny Jeremy is getting ridiculously fine.

I liked Fringe. Olivia makes me happy in the Competent Female Protagonist parts of my brain.

"Got her aunt stabbed in the gut*/tried to kill both her best friends in front of her at different times/almost killed her when?"
Somerhalder, from interviews, is one of the loveliest people in Hollywood these days. That not a bit of that makes it to the screen is likely a testament to his acting skills.
*Ok, not his fault. But Katherine made it pretty clear how she'd get back at them if they messed with her, but he was too obsessed with getting her focused on him for 5 to consider the consequences.
I've seen it. I don't want to be one of those people who say, "I'll be in my bunk," but DAMN. Sam Witwer gets to me in a way that technically better-looking guys don't. I can't explain it.
Weird is in the eye of the beholder (I prefer "distinctive"), and I guess I can get the "creepy" if that commenter has only seen SW do creepy, as he is often hired to do (and do well), but he's just about the last actor I'd call "generic"-looking. That person is clearly on the bad crack.

(Nothing says love like killing a woman's brother right in front of her to punish her for not loving you back!)
