liminaliz asked for Syd/Sark recs, so here they are:

Complicity by callherblondie (THE Syd/Sark fic, currently a 41-chapter WIP. Humorous, angsty, action-filled, hot. I don't know if the author will ever finish it, but you must read it anyway. This author can write.)

Life is but a Dream by Brix (another favorite of mine)

Untitled, Part One and Part 2 by nightfawkes

Weapons by kantayra

the unfortunately named sarkney, alias, fic rec

Some I like that you haven't mentioned:

ossiannic's RSVP is one of my favourites; a "wish-I'd-written-that" sort of fic. It's the sequel to Uninvited, which is also fun, but I think RSVP can probably stand on its own.

auburnnothenna has several great stories, of course, but in the S/S realm there's particularly the Cities arc (Belfast, Byzantium, Boston, and Brownsville). Her Bad Wigs series isn't Great Art, but is a heck of a lot of fun.

I don't remember anything specific about the story (which I will now have to re-read), but I recognise the title of Truth and Bone by parkergray as one I liked when I read it a couple of years ago.

There was some good stuff written for the S/S ficathon sarkastic ran a few years ago, but the master list seems to have been flocked for some reason since last I checked; I remember particularly liking The Story of Us, but it appears to be gone or flocked; link given just in case it comes back, since I don't know of anywhere else to find it. (Wah! I just re-read that a few months ago ( ... )

And now I'm thinking, "You know, I have Web space I'm barely using, I could put together a very basic pairing-specific text-only archive, and avoid the posting-publicly-then-flocking-later problem", and if I actually go any further with the idea, I'm blaming it all on you.

(If you're really bored, I've got three S/S fics in my memories--under "Alias fic", oddly enough--but the ones above are better.)

She did? I feel so betraaaaayed. *waves lone Syd/Vaughn shipper flag*

That said, you've read Salvation, right? I haven't read it in years, but it's the only Sarkney I remember really liking.

Hee! Somehow I think you're not the only Syd/Vaughn shipper in the world. :D

Yeah, yeah. But I do tend to have a flair for the dramatic. :P

With David Anders landing that awesome role on Heroes (most brilliant casting EVER!), we evil Syd/Sark temptresses have an unfair advantage at the moment. ;)

Hmm...I feel a little weird linking my own stuff, and anyway I'm almost certain you've read it. We've known each other online that long, right...?

Anyway, on the off chance that I'm wrong, my Alias fic can mostly be found here. The Illusions series should be read in order, but the other is a stand alone.

Oh, yes! I think I read those way back when I first fell for Sark, but I'd love to reread them. Thanks!

See, I thought you had. :) Then again, I know you've read my SGA stuff, but couldn't remember for sure on the rest. You came late to Alias, didn't you?

LMAO - maybe I'm getting old, my memory seems to be going. :)

Yes, I started Netflixing Alias in September 2006 because Edward Atterton was in the first episode.

What really gets me is that the first episode I saw Sark in, I was all "Skinny blond boy. He's okay, but not really what I was expecting of the legendary Mr. Sark. Whatever." That lasted for a couple of days, until I read a bit of Syd/Sark smut you wrote, then watched some more episodes and fell hard for him.

I started rewatching all the Sark episodes when I found out about the Heroes thing, and now I'm as obsessed as I have ever been.
