I'm back home and I have a cold. Lovely sore throat.

I'm trying to see if I can do soft boiled eggs in the microwave.

Update: next time I need to try 2 to 3 minutes. 4 mins was too long and they are hard, but still good.

I cracked the eggs into water with a dollop of oil. I think if I'd left them in the shell without the pin prick they would have exploded.

The whites were a tad rubbery, but it wasn't bad!
