Okay, something's not right. I guess the four exams in four days wasn't actually as bad as I thought it would be, except oddly enough for the first exam (POLS-211. I got 73% in that course, making it my third-worst POLS mark (behind 70% in POLS-241 and 72% in POLS-250, the Course from Hell). However, that's counterbalanced by the 78% in POLS-446

So I woke up this morning to a full QCARD of marks. They're very, very lucky that they didn't have to deal with my wrath. I had totally penciled a visit to the Registrar's office into my schedule.
And apparently my bs-ing about postmodernism on the 227 exam made more sense to her than it did to me, because I miraculously pulled an 89%.
What are you taking this term?

As for courses, I'm taking GPHY-325 (Maps and Society, a course I've been wanting to take for two years), POLS-439 (Religion and American Politics, I may decide to switch to a different seminar though), and POLS-464 (Russian Foreign Policy, looks okay so far), as well as a correspondence course through Ryerson, Local Government in Canada. How about yourself? Anything fun?
Also, do you have MSN?

I think Farney is teaching POLS 439? I loved him for 384 whereas many people thought otherwise ... so. I can't say how he'd be in a seminar but I found his lectures engaging if grossly awkward.
Taking POLS 262 (enduring IPE for the good of humanity, or so I’m telling myself); POLS 385; COMM 352 (Organizational Analysis); COMM 351 (Leadership) and ENSC 315 (Food Security, which I am looking so very forward to). I was in POLS 353 (History of Political Thought) but seeing as though 50% of my mark hinged on historically analysing either Othello or Candide, I passed on that one. I only like the 18th century so much, and that's pushing it a little.
I do have MSN. And no laughs, because I’ve had this address hotmail address since grade 6: a_saving_grace@hotmail.com. In retrospect, laugh away, I really need to get on changing that one.
