That does seem rather rude of the maintenance men. What did they comment on if you don't mind my asking?

They talked loudly about the clutter every single time they came in, as though it's new to them. They used profanity. They also made a big deal of my not having a TV in the living room. If they'd just get right to work on the toilet, they'd have fixed it faster instead of dragging it out over days. That's the frustrating part.
