Did you run the update process about 12 times? Over the course of a couple of years, we have a V3 (the original RAZR) and a V3r (bought as just a RAZR, but it IDs as a V3r).

I installed the software, ran update where it pulled down 50 odd MB of updates and installed them, then ran update again where it pulled down some more, then ran it again where it pulled down a major point release and then ran it AGAIN where it patched the major point release. Then it found the right drivers.

Help About shows the version of "mobile Phone Software" as Version 4.5.6a 8/17/2007 (070815010278).

I have version 4.0.4b 12-01-2005 (051114006185). It predates my phone, so that may be part of the problem. However, after the first time I ran the software update, it told me that there weren't any more updates.

I recently took advantage of this offer: http://dealnews.com/Motorola-RAZR-Data-Cable-Phone-Tools-4-0-for-8-shipped/212640.html

Figuring that a new cable and a CD of the software were worth that much. (Don't ask where I got the software to start with).

I haven't actually checked the software that came on the CD yet...

Take and bake? Well we can get ones from the supermarket to cook at home, but not from actual pizza places!

And I just wanted to say hi - thanks for adding me :)

I hadn't heard of take-and-bake pizza places until yesterday either. Hard to imagine how they would compete with supermarkets, but then again, I've never had Papa Murphy's.

wow that pizza looks good. Honestly it doesnt make mu7ch sense to me though. You can get premade pizza (forget the brand name) and just add sauce & shredded mozi and voila. and it'd probably be fresher and taste better then a pre-made take and bake. Maybe not, though.

still it's a neat idea
