Post twitter to LJ?

I know some of you do this. How? I can't seem to find a decent how-to for this anywhere. I'm kinda new to things like RSS feeds, so if someone could point me in the right direction, that would be great. I'd like to use twitter to post haiku to my LJ from my cell phone via SMS.

i don't even know what the hell twitter is. i tried to figure it out once and just couldn't wrap my head around it AT ALL. i fail.
