urgh i hated heathrow airport! seriously, worst airport ever! (except this one window area i found in terminal 5 i think. or was it 4? i forget)... seriously, give me open airy-filled spaces, like barajas in spain, or san francisco international. for me, the airport terminal should be a temple to light and air, just as the airplanes are gleaming conduits of travel.

heathrow reminded me of what a working space station might be like in 1000 years time!

how shite is the security there too! but even shiter (or funnier, depending on ho wmuch sleep u have had getting there, sounds like u werent playing with ur inner clock too much) is the thousands of euro tourists trying to make flights n get past u with luggage and children,or the irate americans wondering why there is so much waiting in lines to get through another set of bag searches...

A maze of twisty little passages, all alike, strange creatures of folklore and puzzle rooms. Sounds like your having a colossal adventure!
